"Payment was fine, but could be clearer??"
Booking went okay and my payment went through without any problems. I just felt a little unsure at checkout because there wasn’t much info about security or how my card details were being protected?? The confirmation email came through quickly, which was nice. I just think the payment page could feel a bit more reassuring and clear.
"Not worth it for the price"
I booked through Dream Hotels because it seemed like a good deal. It wasn’t. The room was basic. Then extra fees popped up. Nothing felt special at all. For what we paid, I expected more. I wouldn’t book with them again

"Took a few days, but it worked out"
I wasn’t in a huge rush, so I gave it a little time and checked back every now and then. The process wasn’t exactly instant, and I did wonder for a bit if I’d need to follow up, but after a few days the refund came through fine. Overall, not the fastest experience, but it got sorted in the end.

The room itself was good and worked fine for my stay, though I was kind of rushing in and out most of the time. The main issue was the noise at night — it kept waking me up, which made it hard to get decent rest

I booked a hotel and the price I saw upfront was the same when I got to checkout, which I really appreciated. The taxes and fees were easy to spot too, so there weren’t any surprises. I’m giving it 4 stars because the filters could be more helpful, and I was expecting a little clearer instructions along the way...

"Nice staff, but don’t expect too much"
The staff were friendly enough and pleasant to deal with, but overall the stay was just okay. Nothing terrible happened, but it wasn’t anything special either. I’d just warn others to keep their expectations realistic before booking...

"Worked fine, even though I usually book elsewhere"
I normally stick with my usual hotel booking site, so I felt a little weird trying dreamhotels.com instead. But for a short stay, the price looked decent and I went for it. everything worked out fine — the hotel had my reservation, the payment went through, and it all matched what was in my confirmation email. I still kind of prefer the site I usually use, mostly out of habit, but this one seemed legit. My only complaint is that the fees could’ve been shown more clearly before checkout. Overall, I’d use it again if the deal was good enough

"Not sure what was going on with that bed"
The hotel itself was fine, but the bed was the big issue. The mattress felt old and way too soft, like it had a weird dip in the middle, which made me wonder if they’re just not replacing these things when they should. I woke up with back pain both mornings, which kind of ruined the stay for me. For what I paid, I definitely expected a much better night’s sleep.

"Housekeeping really missed the mark"
Well... the housekeeping was disappointing. Our room stayed dirty during the stay, and we never got fresh towels, which was really frustrating.

"Overbooking was handled fairly"
The hotel ended up being overbooked, which was definitely a bit frustrating after traveling. That said, these things can happen, and what matters is how they deal with it. They quickly arranged a room for me at a nearby hotel and covered the taxi, so it was sorted without too much hassle. Not ideal, but they handled it reasonably...

I booked through dreamhotels.com and, to be fair, everything did go through in the end. It just wasn’t as smooth as I expected. A few pages loaded slowly, and I found myself double-checking the dates and room details more than once because the flow felt a little confusing. I don’t want to make it sound like a disaster, because it wasn’t, but it was more frustrating than it needed to be.
"Deals are okay, not always great"
i mean, I’ve checked dreamhotels.com a few times when looking for hotel deals, and the discounts were kind of hit or miss. Some of the prices looked decent at first, but when I compared them with other booking sites, they weren’t always that much cheaper.
It’s not a bad site to check if you happen to catch a good offer, but I wouldn’t go in expecting huge savings every time. Worth a look, just not something I’d rely on for amazing deals.

My first impression was that the cancellation policy was easy to understand. It felt a bit strict to me, but at least I knew what to expect right away.
"Check-in took WAY too long"
Check-in was frustrating. We arrived after the posted check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready, and the front desk kept telling us it would just be “a few more minutes.” That turned into almost an HOUR, which was not how we wanted to start the stay.
Check-out wasn’t great either because there was a random minibar charge on the bill, and we never used anything from it. They did look into it, but it added more time when we were trying to leave. The hotel itself was fine overall, but the whole front desk experience was REALLY annoying...

"I had a mix-up with my booking..."
I had a mix-up with my booking date and thought it was going to be such a hassle to fix. I reached out to dreamhotels.com and they got back to me sooo much quicker than I expected. It took a couple of messages back and forth, but they sorted it out without making it complicated at all. I was really happy with how they handled everything and I’d definitely use them again.

"Really helpful for accessibility needs"
We booked a room with step-free access and a shower chair, and the staff made sure everything was ready before we got there. It made the whole trip much less stressful. Really appreciated it.

"We stayed here with the kids and..."
We stayed here with the kids and overall it was a good experience. The kids seemed to really enjoy it, which makes a big difference, right? The rooms were fine and had what we needed. Breakfast did get crowded, so that was a bit much at times, but not enough to ruin the stay. I’d say it worked out well for a family trip.

"Decent room, but could’ve been comfier"
The room was fine overall. Nothing awful. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows felt kind of cheap. It also got a little stuffy at night, which wasn’t great. Not a bad stay, just expected a bit more comfort
